The Control Unificado de IDentificación, Atención y Trazabilidad Sanitaria (CUIDATS) project has started last september.

The project aims to develop an integrated platform, which allows transmitting and receiving location and vital signs data from patients in healthcare environment, which is low cost and non-invasive for patients. As well as the associated management software platform, it will be integrated into the information system of health centers.

As a result of the project it will be created a system-prototype that will be evaluated within the healthcare center. The solution can be integrated into the management system of the center, in order to validate the utility of the system in the context of service management. The primary aim is to reduce inefficiency in resource management, for mapping and monitoring of patients.

This project is funded by the Ministerio de Economia y Competitividad and the European Union.
